The original Leitz DuPont Replacement Carbon for TruSens Large Odour & VOC Filter is specifically designed to combat common cooking and cleaning odours. The carbon filter offers the first line of defense against odours in your home and reduces airborne VOCs such as ammonia, acetone and formaldehyde. This layer needs to be replaced on the Odour & VOC HEPA drum filter as used in the TruSens Z-3000 and Z-3500 large air purifiers. For best results, replace the carbon filter every 3 to 4 months (depending on usage; the change indicator light is displayed on the purifier when the filter needs to be replaced).
