When your iRobot Roomba from the 500 or 600 series is faulty you can use this complete chassis to repair it. The motherboard is mounted in the plastic housing of the device, which allows you to the transfer only the remaining parts from the old robot (which is an easy job since all parts are modular, transferring them will take only a couple of minutes).
This new chassis also includes WiFi connectivity which allows you to use the iRobot HOME application (so, an upgrade for all Roomba 500 series models!). With the iRobot HOME application you can remotely start your iRobot Roomba vacuum cleaning robot and program it.
